Use Case: Factory District Planning
This use case had dual purposes: internal and external. A company wanted to expand its factory by adding another building and a cafeteria to serve the neighboring residential area. The company wanted to clarify internal logistics and check if the new machinery would fit through the gates and into the space. Engaging with local residents for change management served as an external use case.
TANGILITY helped set clear objectives for using mixed reality and implemented the software. Ultimately, internal processes and machinery delivery were optimized. Additionally, acceptance of the changes in the residential area increased. Moreover, the XR presentation served as an advertisement for the company’s new publicly accessible cafeteria.
